Hello, I’m Callum, business owner and strength coach at Optimal Strength and Fitness. I have over a decade experience in the fitness industry and have worked in multiple local gyms in Perth.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Fitness which allows me to bring a wealth of academic knowledge to my practice and I also have experience in martial arts coaching - attaining my 2nd dan Black Belt in Karate in 2014.
With experience working in multiple local gyms, teamed with my academic knowledge and personal experience in putting myself through various programmes, I am confident I can help the majority of the population improve their strength, fitness, quality of life and body confidence.

Having been inspired by some of the most successful strength coaches in the world, I have extensively researched barbell training.
Through continuous study of tried and tested methods, I have mastered techniques that maximize strength and muscle development whilst minimizing the risk of injury. My in-depth understanding of strength programming and movement patterns ensures my clients receive safe, effective and time tested training methods.
We offer a variety of services, including one-on-one personal training, group fitness classes, and online coaching. With trainers experienced in working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, we can customize your fitness program to meet your unique needs.
