Exercise selection and programming will be the utmost standard and will be tailored to the individual in order to achieve the best results. Each session will build towards the next which will create momentum and an overall enjoyable training experience.

These sessions will take place in a group environment with friends. The participants will develop their training skills, working as a team in order to get the most out of each session.

This training option will be carefully tailored to ensure each individual in the group can make progress as effectively as possible. The sessions will focus primarily on barbell training with HIIT elements and utilise a 4 week training regime that continues indefinitely in order to maintain progress.

45 minute sessions / 6 - 8 people
These sessions will focus on pad work and high intensity bodyweight exercise. The class style will be fun and fast paced - expect to work up a sweat and release some stress! Ideally suited to individuals who would like to work on aerobic fitness whilst utilising various martial arts techniques in a small group environment.
